Coached girls afterschool on running drills, form analysis, and nutrition coaching. Prepared group for a
community 5K at the end of the season. Taught the team about the importance of teamwork, the value of
working together, and encouraging one another through difficult practices.
At the end of the season each girl wore a charm on their shoes during the race as a token of their hard work,
discipline, great attitude, and consistency for their hard work and dedication.
