II.បញ្ញា រតិសាលាកុមារគេត្រី សាលាកុមារមមររី គឺជាសាលាមរៀនដែលទ្ទ្ួលសាគ
ល់ ជួយគ្មំរទ្នូវលទ្ធផលសិកា របស់សិសសមដ្ឋយដផែកមលើសិទ្ធិកុមារកុមារជាមូលដ្ឋា ន។ សាលាកុមារមមររីសហការ ជាមួយ រគប់អនកពាក់ព័នធ ពិមសសមារបីតា ឬអនកអាណាពាានសិសស និងផតល់រម្មល ខពស់ែល់ការងារ អប់រំ មដ្ឋយខិរខំរបឹងដរបងចូលរួមចំដណកកនុងការដសវងរកកុមារឱ្យ ចូលមរៀនរគប់គ្មន និងបមងកើរបរិសាា នសិកាែ៏កក់មតត សំមៅឱ្កុមារទំងម ោះានចូល មរៀនរបកបមដ្ឋយគុណភាព និង របសិទ្ធភាព ស្សបតាមររមូវការជាក់ដសតងរបស់ពួក មគ។ បរិសាា នសិកាកុមារមមររី បងាា ញនូវ លកខណៈ សមធម៌ សមភាព មសរីភាព សាមគគី គ្មម នអំមពើហិងា រួមទំងសុខភាព រាងាកាយ បញ្ញា និងផលូវចិរត ដែលជាកិចចធា កនុងការអភិវឌ្ឍកុមារឱ្យមានសមរាភាពរបកបមដ្ឋយចំមណោះ ែឹង បំណិ ន ឥរិយាបថ រម្មល និងសីលធម៌លែ មែើមបីឱ្យពួកមគមចោះរួមរស់មៅជាមួយគ្មន កនុងភាព- សុខែុមរម ។ សាលាកុមារមមររីជានិចចកាលមានភាពសនិទ្ធសាន លនិងស្សឡាញ់កុមារ ជួយគ្មំរទ្-កុមារ ឱ្យមានការអភិវឌ្ឍរពមទំងមានមមររីភាពចំមពាោះសហគមន៍។

រ.ព្រសិទ្ធភារនៃការររៀៃ ៃិង បរព្ងៀៃ ១.មសចកតីមផតើម សាលាកុមារមមររី គឺជារកបខណ្ឌ
ទូលាំទួលាយ មួយ ដែលមានរគបដផនកននការងារទាំងអស់របស់ សាលាមរៀនរួមមាន៖ ការរបមូលកុមារចូលមរៀន របសិទធភាពននការមរៀន និងបមរងៀន សុខភាព សុវរថិ ភាព និងការការពារកុមារ ការមឆលើយរបមៅនឹងមយន ឌ័រ ការចូលរួមពីកុមារ រគួសារ និងសហគមន៍ និង ការគាំរទពីរគប់អនកពាក់ព័នធ។

២.មគលបាំណ្ង៖ • មែើមបីឱ្យរគូ ដកលមអគុណ្ភាពននការមរៀន
និងបមរងៀន តាមដបបសាលាកុមារមមររី • រគូយល់ែឹងពីការរគប់រគងអារមមណ្៍ ខលួនឯង និង យល់ពីអារមមណ្៍ អនកែនទ មោយមានទាំនាក់ទាំនងលអ មចេះរួមរស់ជាមួយគន និងបមងកើរបរិយាកាសមរៀន សូរររីករាយកនុង និងមរៅថ្នន ក់ឱ្យបានររឹមររូវ • រគូមានទមាល ប់ដែរកកានឹងមរបើរបាស់ធនធានសាំបូរ ដបបកនុង ថ្នន ក់មរៀនមធវើជាសមាា របមរងៀនស្សបតាមខលឹម សារ មមមរៀននីមួយៗបានលអបាំផុរ។

គឺមកមជឈោា ន មផសងៗពីគន ។ កតាត មធវើឱ្យសិសសមានភាពខុសគន មាន៖កូនមន្តនតីរាជការ អាជីវករ កសិករ កមមករ សុខភាព ពូជ ជីវសាស្រសត សាថ នភាពមែាកិចច វបប ធម៌ សាសនា ភាសា បរិសាថ ន ជារិសាសន៍ ទីកដនលងដែលមគរស់មៅ ពិការភាព បុគាលិកសកាណ្: ចាំណ្ី អាហារ មយនឌ័រ បញ្ញា សាម ររី និង សមរថភាព...។ ២.ការទទួលសាា ល់ភាពខុសគន រគូររូវគិរថ្ន កសិករបងកបមងកើនផលស្សូវកនុងដស្សរបស់គរ់មានវិធី ែូចគន ទាំងអស់គឺពួកគរ់រគន់ដរពរងាបែីឱ្យមសមើ បាចទឹកចូលដស្ស ោក់ជី...និងដែទាំែូចគន ពួកគរ់នឹងទទួលផលលអៗែូចគន ដរចាំមពាេះ រគូបមរងៀនវិញមិនអាចមរបើវិធីបមរងៀដរមួយែូចកសិករបានមទ មរពាេះ សិសសទាំងអស់មានរមបៀបមរៀនមផសងៗគន ។

៣.វិធីមរៀនរបស់សិសស រគូររូវដសវងយល់ពីភាពខុសគន របស់សិសស មរពាេះសិសសទាំងមនាេះ មកពីមជឈោា
នខុសៗគន រីឯរមបៀបមរៀនក៏ខុសគន ដែរ ែូចជា៖ • ការសមងករមមើល • ការមធវើរតាប់តាម • ការមរបើរបាស់ចាំមណ្េះែឹងមានស្សាប់ • ការចូលរួមកនុងបទពិមសាធន៍ជីវិរពិរ • ការសាត ប់ការដណ្នាាំ ឬព័រ៌មានពីនរណាមាន ក់(រគូ មិរតភកតិ... • ការមលងជាមួយគន • ការអនុវរតផ្ទទ ល់នែ • ការគិរពីអវីដែលកាំពុងមធវើ • ការជួយពនយល់ឬបមរងៀននរណាមាន ក់ • ការសាត ប់មរឿងនិទន តាមវិទយុ ទូរទសសន៍ ភាពយនត រូបភាព...។

និងការរុបដរងថ្នន ក់មរៀន រគូទទួលបនទុកកនុងការរគប់រគង់ មរៀបចាំថ្នន ក់មរៀនរបស់ខលួន។ វិធីមរៀបចាំ ថ្នន ក់មរៀន អាចមានឥទធិពលយា៉ាងខ្ល ាំងមៅមលើរមបៀបមរៀនរបស់សិសស ឧទហរណ្៏ របសិនមបើរគូរុបដរងថ្នន ក់មរៀន មហើយមិនដែលផ្ទល ស់ បតូរឬមិនមរបើរបាស់វរថុទាំងមនាេះជាសមាា របមរមើឱ្យការមរៀន និងបមរងៀន មទសិសសនឹងធុញរទន់ មិនចង់ចូលរួមមរៀបចាំ ដែរកាការពារមឡើយ។ រគូររូវយល់ថ្ន សិសសចូលចិរតមធវើការងារជាមួយរគូរគប់មពល ឱ្យដរ រគូមចេះរបដមរបមូលពួកមគ(មានដផនការជាក់លាក់...)ពិមសសការមលើកទឹក ចិរត។បនាទ ប់ពីការមរៀនដែលមានភាពទក់ទញអារមមណ្៏ សិសស គឺមរៀបចាំ ឱ្យមានលកាណ្:ជារិ គរុមកាសលយ និងមសាភ័ណ្ ែូចជា៖ • ម្ម េះរបមទស បាវចនាជារិ រពេះឆាយាលកាណ្៍ .................. • មានធុងោក់សាំរាម • សាំអារបនទប់មរៀនរាល់នែៃ • មរៀបចាំ និងដែរការុ មៅអីឱ្យមានរមបៀប • ោក់តាាំងរូបភាពអងារវរត ដផនទី រូបភាពកុមារមគរពមនុសសចាស់
