procedures, code compliance, facilities maintenance, vendor management,
and P&L reporting,
As CIO, I was responsible for technology implementation, web site design, IT
vendor management, PCI compliance, and network monitoring.

Spencer is an all around technology solutions provider for most major
retailers in most malls, nationwide.
As a lead field engineer, I was responsible for the installation of low voltage
networks as assigned by my local area manager. My time with Spencer was
a deep immersion into voice/data networks as they apply to retail. The
local field engineer is the local office. With little local support, I learned very
quickly to work independently, manage sub contractors, overcome
obstacles, and to see a project through to the end.

I started as a helper and quickly moved into project management. My role
