• Provide Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, Kinesio Taping and progressive exercise training to
rehabilitate seniors suffering from recent surgical procedures such as back surgery, knee
replacements, hip replacements and other conditions.
• Provide a continuum of care including: reduction of pain, inflammation, and dysfunction, in order to
improve activities of daily living, functional capacity for exercise and immunocompetency.
• Re-establish proper motor firing sequences and space in joints for athletes suffering from: muscle
imbalance, inflammation, and compression injuries in individuals ranging from ages between 9 and
65 years old.
• 15 years of experience successfully treating athletes to help restore optimal performance after
injury in the following disciplines: speed-skating, swimming, figure skating, running, triathlon

• Performed MAT as well as kinesio taping to injured soccer players at the 2013 Schwan’s USA Cup in
Blaine, Minnesota. I was the only kinesio taping practitioner invited and allowed to practice. With
every application, Sports Medicine physicians and residents were present to learn more about
kinesio taping and MAT therapy.

• Designed a 4,000 sq. ft. fitness center, performed all of the testing and training for all of
the seminarians and priests (175 trainees).

2003-2004
• Designed and implemented operations on a 3,000 sq. ft. fitness center including 10 aerobic
machines and 25+ weight training machines, then performing all training services for a 4
months contract.
• Developed educational material for 250 employees including topics such as: importance of
exercise, fitness for work, health, and sports and presented the manual in a classroom
format for all employees as part of the implementation phase.

• Create a new, high-quality, efficient and profitable school of massage for the St. Cloud area
through corporate planning, budgeting, instructor/student recruitment, marketing of massage
