functions. Duties included:
Management of accounts receivables and payables, reconciliation of cash disbursements and purchasing cards,
budget tracking and planning, bank reconciliations, creation of project and bi-weekly invoices for clients, petty cash
maintenance, accounting and tracking of residents’ receipts.
Scheduling, tracking, and reporting of all incoming/outgoing traffic through theCenter.
Served as the GCRP representative on theGallatin County Screening Committee, a seven-member community
group organized under theDepartment of Corrections (DOC) in a multi-dimensional effort with police and sheriff
officers, county administrators, probation officers and Center administrators. Responsibleto prepareapplication
reports for residents under review, and analyze information in conjunction with the Committee in determining
resident status and ability to transition into thecommunity while receiving treatment at the Center.

resident progress summary reporting, and various other compliance functions.
Supervised residents, conducted urinalysis (UA)/breathalyzer (BA) testing on residents, processed intake-outtake
orders, conducted personal and physicalplant searches, resolved conflicts between residents.
Conducted pod searches to monitor for contraband, performed physicalchecks on residents working in the
community to ensure conformance with work schedules, and maintained resident schedules.
