catering, end users, export and retail. Established 30 years with 2 bakeries in Yorkshire.

 Responsible for carrying out full audits on over 8 product lines including all areas of through the process, on a manufacturing
site that sell to all major retailers including Asda, Tesco , Morrison’s and Sainsbury’s etc.
 Supervised 3 Quality Assurance employees ensuring all KPI tasks and other monthly/daily and weekly tasks are completed
 Carried out full quality checks in all areas of manufacturing to ensure stringent quality standards were maintained at all times.
