Kelly Whysong has worked with me for the last three years as my Administrator and has performed her
job professionally and with complete competence.
At NorthStar Communications Group, Kelly was my Administrative Assistant from May of 2003 until
January of 2005. Her daily tasks associated with her expertise made my job as the Director of
Operations and then Director of Quality for the Western Region (9 states) achievable and successful.
Her professional handling of all tasks that included data entry, filing (both hard copy and electronic
records), scheduling and all arrangements for meetings up to 40 people (schedule the conference room,
catering, handout production, etc.), and handling all daily events while I was traveling gave me the
confidence to concentrate on the task at hand and not having to worry about my office being taken care
of.
At Telpro, Kelly came to work with me in May of 2005 and again made my job as Sr. Director of
Quality, Safety, and Training easier and successful. Her tasks include data entry, filing, human
resources interface with corporate HR for employees under my management, time keeping, mileage
reports and expense report confirmation and entry for all employees. This also included data entry of
all audits (both internal and customer audits) and controlling the emailing of all audits by multiple
distribution lists.
Overall, Kelly has proven herself to be a welcomed addition to any team effort. I would recommend
her to any business looking for a hardworking, competent employee to work with their team.
