I enjoy daily challenges, and as
an engineer, problem-solving
naturally catches my attention.
I also thrive in diversity and
enjoy seeking out perspective.
But my passion is when I
discover creative solutions.
This portfolio looks at some of
my projects as an Engineering
Scientist and my various
personal pursuits. The first part
covers projects demonstrating
my experience in engineering
and research disciplines. The
second part features projects
that I have embarked on mainly
in event management and
introductory designing.

12. ChioGlowSG
ChioGlowSG is a rental and event management service
based on UV black-light equipment and glow-in-the-dark
themes catered for private parties and corporate events.
This kicked off when two young, entrepreneurial youths
decided to melt their fascination for black-light glow
effect and their love for parties. Seeing the untouched
local market in the areas of Glow Parties, they jumped
on the opportunity to share it with the rest of Singapore.
Starting off as a basic rental and set-up service for
private house parties, ChioGlowSG has evolved to
support full event management support such as
coordinating Halloween mazes and running Music
Festival booths.
Year: 2015 (founded) – Present
Role: Co-Founder and running of operations
Number of Successful Events: 37
Key Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, event and project
management, logistics acquisition, customer relations,
