SES designs, builds and rebuilds equipment for the metals industry.
Duties include the management of both the repair and new construction facilities
involving fabrication, machining and assembly on multiple shifts. Daily interaction with
sales, engineering, purchasing and all levels of management.
2. Operations Manager: Brilex Industries Youngstown, Ohio (March 2014-March 2015)
Brilex designs, builds and rebuilds equipment for a wide range of OEMs and end users.
The customer base served includes Steel Mills, Power Generation, Heavy Manufacturing,
Glass Manufacturing, Rubber Industry and the Oil and Gas Industry to name a few.
Duties include direction of all plant supervision including, fabrication, machining,
assembly, maintenance and shipping. Interaction with accounting, human resources,
sales, engineering, project management and quality.

Turbine Services provides machining, welding and turbine blade repair and replacement
for power plant outages. Duties include direction of skilled tradesmen such as Machinist,
Welders and Bladers during power plant outages. Interacting with other trades, support
staff, engineering and management to complete assigned tasks within the specified
schedule while maintaining the desired quality.

machining to customer specification. Sales of fourteen million per year. ISO
certified. Duties include management of all areas consisting of engineering,
manufacturing, sales, quality, maintenance, human resources, and accounting, with
complete profit and loss responsibility. Reporting to Chicago and New York offices.
