The Fisheries Team Leader will have the following general management responsibilities:
General
• Administration of all environment and social programs as necessary;
• Manage communications and organise consultations with all Project Affected People;
• Assist the Social Team Leader and Environment Manager to develop and implement all
necessary documentation to comply with project requirements;
• Assist the Social Team Leader and Environment Manager to develop and implement all
necessary livelihood & income restoration action plans including work and cost schedules;

• Liaise with GoL authorities participating in the Project, including district authorities, the RLRC and
village authorities; and
• Any other duties related to the project as instructed and directed by the Social Team Leader and
Environmental and Social Manager.
Specific tasks are as follows:
• Identify and establish community group (interest people) who want to participate on social
development program;
• Prepare all technical support (plans, resources and schedule);
• Coordinate with district technical staff to support if necessary;
• Identify the appropriate species to raise in local conditions;
• Help local villagers to find market to sell products;
• Monitoring and reporting to project manager regularly; and
• Help other work as directed by project manager.

The Fisheries Team Leader will have the following general management responsibilities:
General
• Administration of all fishery monitoring programs as necessary;
• Over seeing financial and authorise payment for all fisheries activities on site; and
• Any other duties related to the project as instructed and directed by the Company

• Identify and establish fisheries monitoring program;
• Set up the 10 households per village to collect data of fishing in Khone Fall area;
• Coordinate with district technical staff to support if necessary;
• Coordinate and facilitate with other technical team who incoming and outgoing for site work;
• Monitoring and reporting to the team leader and financial team in Vientiane Office;
• Technical report for progress data collection and data entry are report directly to International
Fisheries Expert; and
• Help other work as required by project manager.
