PROFILE:
I am an engineering and project management professional with extensive experience as a
chartered engineer continuously improving supply chain capability & efficiencies for market-

Reporting to the Director, Process Engineering Europe, I lead teams successfully in many
areas of project management, engineering design & innovation, process and people
development:
• Project Management: Leading and managing cross-functional teams and suppliers to
implement and deliver capital investment projects from approval through design,
installation and commissioning to hand-over, identifying and problem solving of
unexpected issues as they arise to mitigate impact on the project (e.g. Tiel, Manchester
projects).
Key techniques that I have used to successfully manage and deliver projects include
scope definition, risk management, stakeholder identification and stakeholder
