The intent of this letter is to serve as a reference for Kevin Gendron. Since you are

ask yourself the following: Does the thought of having an individual dedicated to
consistently high quality work interest you? Are you prepared to have under your
guidance an individual whose dedication to the discipline of self-improvement is

advancement of a man who is devoted to producing the best work he can possibly
achieve through his skill and inherent talent? If you feel enticed, comfortable or

exceptional body of talent.
In the past, I have worked directly with Kevin on numerous single and multi-camera
television productions. Kevin advanced quickly, with integrity and skill from an initial
introduction to the television process to advanced and high levels of responsibility.
Beginning with camera operation on location and studio projects, Kevin took to the
requirements of picture composition, photography, camera movement and depth of
field with the ability of a seasoned professional. His extremely sensitive and intuitive
nature allowed him to carry out the duties of technical director without coaxing or
prompting, which quickly pegged him as a deeply motivated, self-starter. Kevin is
hungry for opportunities to utilize his insight. I believe he is actively pursuing a deep
seeded desire to make strong and meaningful contributions to his chosen path.
From a management perspective, his ability to appropriately justify his choices is not
only remarkable, but also truly commendable. Kevin is, without question, extremely
disciplined, focused and decisive when it comes to preparation and the performance
of his work. He is also extremely intelligent and resourceful with a tremendous
sense of humor and a delightful disposition. His enthusiasm is infectious and the
work he produces is clear, concise and complete.
From my perspective Kevin exhibits a true desire for personal and professional
growth. He has a unique sense of devotion and an unprecedented drive, which has
resulted in high respect from co-workers. If I were asked to rate Kevin as to his
potential in comparison to others at a similar stage of development, I would be most
inclined to choose the word exceptional.

2. It is with these qualities, those yet to be discovered and his past work as testimony,
that I highly recommend Kevin Gendron for any opportunity that will allow him to
