• MotherG is recognizing that aspect
• We need to make sure the business remains stable
• We will follow our State Guidelines 

Return To Office Overall Guidelines
• We will follow Illinois’ 5 steps Recovery Plan & Safety Guidelines
• We are preparing for Phase 3 (Effective for MotherG  Monday June 1st)
• We will adapt to our employee’s situations (Practical & Emotional)
• We are officially re-enabling our headquarters (Monday June 1st)
• We will maintain an occupancy of about 50% only (To keep Social Distancing)
• We will adapt to Guidelines & Situations changes
• We are expecting everyone to be back when our state plan hits Phase 4
• We are prepared if the state needs to return to SIP (Shelter In Place)

Safe return to the Office?
• Occupancy goal  50%
• Team leads have worked an alternate schedule (Week A/B Home Office vs. Regular Office)
• We will accommodate special cases the best we can
• When coming back to the office Monday June 1st (Based on your A/B Week)
• You will have to be checked-in! (We will follow CDC Guidelines)
• Your temperature will be taken daily and logged / If at 100.4°F/38°C or above, you will be sent home
• Several questions will be asked about your exposure risks, you will be sent home if considered at risk
• You will be issued a safety kit with Masks/Sanitizers/Wipes/… (Kit will be replenished as needed)
• We will leverage all extra cubicles we have (Spread out!)
• Backdoor entrance is condemned until further notice!

Safe return to the Office?
• Safety Guidelines in the Office
• Protection Mask are not required when sitting at your desk
• Protection Mask are required when circulating in the office
• Hands must be washed as often as possible throughout the day (Min. 20sec with soap)
• Social Distancing is strongly recommended (5-6 Feet)
• Restrooms usage
• Access to MNG restrooms will be limited to 1 person at a time (Signs at each entrance)
• Access to TTECH restrooms will be limited to 2 persons at a time (Signs at each entrance)
• Kitchen / Café usage
• Maximum of 2 people in the kitchen area at any given time (Self-Controlled – No Schedule)
• Maximum of 11 people in the Café area at any given time (Self-Controlled – No Schedule)
• 2 persons max per round table – The 4 tables will be separated
• 3 persons max at the high-top

• Conference Rooms / Other Rooms Guidelines
• Virtual meetings are still advised
• Large conference room limited to 6 people only
• Orange room and room located across the large conference room are limited to 4 people only
• Interview rooms limited to 2 people only
• Small Collaboration area (Next to reception) limited to 2 people only
• Large Collaboration area (Huddle) limited to 4 people
• Deployment Room to 2 people only
• Warehouse will be limited to the WH managers only
• Practical use of above Rooms
• All extra chairs have been removed from rooms
• Wearing a face mask is not required in the above areas (Join remotely is you don’t feel safe)
• Social distancing and Common sense will apply (5-6 feet)
• Each of the above rooms will be sanitized after each use (Tracking sheet on the wall)

• Headquarters Visitors Guidelines
• Visitors will be contacted prior to their visit (Form will need to be filled)
• Visitors will be checked-in the day of their visit (Temperature check / Exposure Risks questions)
• When using the Large Conference Room, same rules do apply (Max 6 people)
• Wearing Masks is not required except is client is wearing one (Then all participants do!)
• When visiting any other area than the large conference room, wearing a mask is required

• When Visiting our Customers
• Several of our customers don’t allow on-site visits yet, but many do
• Prior to any on-site visit to a client site, we proceed with a pre-check call (Form to be filled)
• Pre-check call is aimed at defining safety measures in place as well as Exposure Risks
• Pre-check call is also aimed at identifying safety protocol required by client
• We will at least abide to our customers own Covid-19 protocol
• We also keep the right to enhance our safety measures when visiting (Masks, Gloves…)
• If customer’s protocol is insufficient or exposure risk high, we will adjust decision
