7 years’ Local Government (LG) Consents Planning in NZ and Australia, plus 2 years private practice:
Assessed and approved 300+ consents - strong rural, commercial and residential development experience
including complex amendments of multi-stage subdivisions (some over 1,000 lots).
Experience in rural, urban and large metropolitan Councils - In depth ‘rapid growth centre’ knowledge. Assessed
