Started work as a cook in 1988 and within 2 years was promoted to Shift Leader in charge of
production area. In 1991 was promoted to shift manager at age 21. I held this position for 6
years until accepting promotion to Assistant Restaurant Manager. After 1 1/2 years
(Summer 1998) accepted the position of Restaurant General Manager. I have been
responsible for 6 different locations during this period of time.
