Currently managing a development of 109 - 3, 4 and 5 bedroom luxury bespoke Houses at
Dunnotter Park in Stonehaven.
We have just completed an 18 million infrastructure programme including a bridge over the
river Carron leading up to a 7 house show village.
My duties include working to very tight programmes.
Monitoring and managing strict site prelims.
Ensuring a very high standard of Health and Safety on site is maintained
Ordering and calling off materials.
Organising Sub Contract labour.
Organising key stage inspections with NHBC inspectors
Measuring and approving books in Employees wage claims and Daywork claims.
