2. National Automated Clearing House
■ NACH (National Automated Clearing House) is a funds clearing platform set up
by NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) similar to the existing ECS
(Electronic Clearing Service) of RBI
■ NACH Credit is an electronic payment service used by an institution for
affording credits to a large number of beneficiaries in their bank accounts for
the payment of dividend, interest, salary, pension etc. by raising a single debit
to the bank account of the user institution.
3. National Automated Clearing House
■ NACH is beneficial for timely salary disbursal, EMIs payments, auto-debit
payments, pensions, subsidies, interests, dividends etc.
■ The present NACH mandate is capped at ₹1 crore. “The TReDS facilitates the
financing of trade receivables of MSMEs
■ This was announced by Reserve Bank of India Governor Shaktikanta Das in his
statement following the Monetary Policy meeting. The present NACH mandate
is capped at ₹1 crore.(maximum)
4. ■ NACH System can be used for making bulk transactions towards distribution of
subsidies, dividends, interest, salary, pension etc. and also for bulk
transactions towards collection of payments pertaining to telephone,
electricity, water, loans, investments in mutual funds, insurance premium etc.

NACH?
■ Following options are available to check details of active ECS or NACH
■ On Net Banking:
■ 1. Login to Net Banking
■ 2. Go to Service Request
■ 3. Select Account Related -> NACH Cancelation (active NACH will be shown)
