1. SCANIA (Truck/Bus/Engine Manufacturer) – Commercial Learning
Manager Consultant (August 2015 – to date)
Co-developing the learning strategy and priorities based on the Global &
Regional business strategy, aligned to the Global and Regional Learning
minimum standards and deliverables
Conducting Training Needs Analysis for all Sales, Services, Support Staff &
Management
Developing Curriculae for 2016/2017 for all staff across the organization
Developing blended learning materials for various programmes across the
organisation
Planning, directing and co-ordinating Automotive/Industry specific and
general learning activities
Facilitating, directing and supporting the integrated Learning and
Development process within the organisation
Providing Learning analytics to allow meaningful interactions and
decisions
Evaluating Learning Practitioner performance, in collaboration with Line
Management as well as effectiveness of Learning interventions providing
recommendations for improvement, in conjunction with Management, up

2. ERICSSON – We are the preferred soft skills, Communications, Microsoft
and Management & Leadership skills provider for all staff across Africa
3. MURRAY & ROBERTS coaching & training of frontline staff, call centre
and support staff. Developed & delivered business communication skills
for Graduate Development Programme
4. ARCELORMITTAL (2013 – 2014) Upskilling their general staff and
management on MS Excel Basic – Advanced and Report Writing and MS
Word
5. IIR : Consultant to IIR for 6 years : Obtaining and maintaining
accreditation with the Services SETA, aligning 32 of their programmes,
developing and updating their Quality Management System, Assessing
Portfolios of Evidence for their learners, facilitating site visits from SETA,
obtaining accreditation with the ETDP SETA and obtaining programme
approval for 13 programmes, setting up systems to track and monitor
learner achievements and uploading onto the National Learner Records
Database
6. STANLIB: A 6 month project, which involved the development and
documentation of processes for Stanlib operations division. This project
involved the development of documented procedure guides, training and
assessment of 200 people on operational processes, from New Business,
Withdrawals to Switches etc. As part of this programme, I trained Stanlib
staff on their IT systems, such as Compass, Mindkey and Online.
Conducted Financial Industry training and assessment for 45 Stanlib
operational staff members and 60 Stanlib Call Centre Agents
7. WINGS CORPROATE TRAVEL : One year contract with Wings Corporate
Travel, training their staff on Microsoft products, presentation skills and
customer service.
8. ALEXANDER FORBES : Developed Foundational Financial learning
materials for Alexander Forbes Financial Services Provider and trained and
assessed approximately 50 of their call centre agents. This programme
included topics such as, the economy, financial markets, Linked Investment
Service Providers, Unit Trusts, legislation and retirement fund products.
9. CO-AUTHORED text books for the South African Further Education and
Training Colleges, published by Pearson Publishers. The subject was New
Venture Creation, NQF Levels 3 & 4.
10. FG LA PASTA : Served as a Skills Development Facilitator for FG La Pasta
and Customer Centric Solutions for 2 years. Role was to ensure that the
organisations complied with Skills Development legislation, that their
training programmes were unit standard aligned, their assessment tools
were developed and they obtained their skills development grants.

STANLIB: A 6 month project, which involved the development and documentation of processes for Stanlib operations division. This project involved the development of documented procedure guides, training and assessment of 200 people on operational processes, from New Business, Withdrawals to Switches etc. As part of this programme, I trained Stanlib staff on their IT systems, such as Compass, Mindkey and Online. Conducted Financial Industry training and assessment for 45 Stanlib operational staff members and 60 Stanlib Call Centre Agents 7. WINGS CORPROATE TRAVEL : One year contract with Wings Corporate Travel, training their staff on Microsoft products, presentation skills and customer service. 8. ALEXANDER FORBES : Developed Foundational Financial learning materials for Alexander Forbes Financial Services Provider and trained and assessed approximately 50 of their call centre agents. This programme included topics such as, the economy, financial markets, Linked Investment Service Providers, Unit Trusts, legislation and retirement fund products. 9. CO-AUTHORED text books for the South African Further Education and Training Colleges, published by Pearson Publishers. The subject was New Venture Creation, NQF Levels 3 & 4. 10. FG LA PASTA : Served as a Skills Development Facilitator for FG La Pasta and Customer Centric Solutions for 2 years. Role was to ensure that the organisations complied with Skills Development legislation, that their training programmes were unit standard aligned, their assessment tools were developed and they obtained their skills development grants. 11.
