1. Perfect resume
- do's and don'ts
A few practical tips on how to prepare curriculum
vitae that wins recruiters attention.
2. 1. CHOOSE ONLY A FEW
JOB OFFERS THAT SUIT
YOUR PREFERENCES
Don't waste your and the recruiter's time on
sending applications to companies where you
don't want to work anyway.
3. 2. IT'S BETTER TO PREPARE
3 DETAILED CVS, THAN 10
BLAND OR ONE WRONG ONE
Universal CV, highly developed, can be a great base for you to prepare
a professional CV to send to your employer. Remember that usually the
recruiters create a profile of the ideal candidate, the one they are looking
for - for a given position. Sure, there are no ideals! But try to prepare your
CV so that it meets at least some of their expectations.
4. 3. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE
THE RIGHT CV LAYOUT
Start with a candidate's description called ''summary''.
Bet on 2 or 3 sentences, which will make the recruiter
want to read your CV to the end. This could be the
professional goal you set yourself, preferably related
to that particular company.
5. Usually our sight, when we read,
follows the text to form the shape of
the letter F. Try to include your
strengths in this section so that your
employer does not miss them.

6. 4. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- TAKE CARE OF WHAT
INTERESTS RECRUITERS MOST!
Do you have a long professional history? Do not write
it all down! Only include two or three recent positions
in your CV. If you have recently worked for four
different corporations, you don't have to write that
you were a waiter 15 years ago.
7. 5. EDUCATION DOES NOT
CONSTITUTE A GUARANTEE OF
RECEIVING A JOB
If you want to be a programmer or graphic designer, an experience is often
more important than what high school you graduated from. In contrast, it is
important for a lawyer to demonstrate his or her title and diploma. Remember
this when applying - only write about schools and courses that may be
relevant to a particular process!
8. 6. INTERESTS - TO WRITE
OR NOT TO WRITE?
Interests are an often underestimated part of the
CV. You may be lucky to find a recruiter who
shares your passions and get a big bonus at the
beginning. For the same reason, it's not worth lying,
because you may get a sad blunder.
9. Are you interested in books? Great!
But it is necessary to write what kind
of books or who is your favorite
author. Otherwise you will sound like
"everyone".

10. 7. HIGHLIGHT THE SKILLS THAT
ARE RELEVANT TO THE POSITION
YOU ARE APPLYING FOR
Advanced knowledge of graphic programs may not
be useful for the future driver, however for the
marketer it is a great plus! Choose your skills
carefully, and if you can confirm them with "hard
evidence" or numbers - go ahead!
11. 8. GDPR (RODO) VS CV
Maybe you don't realize, but nowadays without the
current confidentiality clause, even the best CV will
be thrown in the trash. Don't forget to enclose it!
Use specialist vocabulary from your industry.
Don't be afraid of it!
12. 9. BET ON NUMBERS
AND FACTS.
Instead of writing that you were a team leader, specify the number of
people in your team. Have you been very successful together? Write
about it too! Don't write that you are an experienced salesman, write
about how many percent you have increased your sales.
