Télécharger pour lire hors ligne

You've heard about TotalAgility 7.0, the world's first unified platform for the development and deployment of smart process applications. But did you know it is available both on-premise and in the Cloud? In this presentation you will understand when it makes sense to deploy TotalAgility as a service, and the benefits this type of deployment delivers. You will also learn about the Cloud-specific features and licensing available in the newly announced TotalAgility 7.1 release.

  23. 23. Kofax TotalAgility® Cloud Architecture Overview
  24. 24. TotalAgility Cloud Architecture 24 Azure Storage TotalAgility “Live” Azure Cloud Service - hosts multiple tenants for “Live” deployment Azure Web Role (1 role, multiple load balanced instances, at least 2 for SLA) Azure Worker Roles (4 roles, multiple instances, at least 2 per role for SLA) TotalAgility “Dev” Azure Cloud Service - hosts multiple tenants for “Dev” deployment Azure Web Role (1 role, multiple load balanced instances, at least 2 for SLA) Azure Worker Roles (4 roles, multiple instances, at least 2 per role for SLA) Process/Form Designer, Forms Workspace, Transformation Designer KSMS Server - public VM hosted by customers in Azure or other web hosting provider SQL Azure Tenant Databases (one database per Tenant, with separate Live, Dev and Reporting schemas) SQL Azure Master Tenants Database (stores Tenant configuration data, connection strings) Table Storage (stores diagnostic and Reporting data) Blob Storage (stores Document data) Queue Storage (stores Reporting data) HTTPs HTTPs
  25. 25. TotalAgility Cloud Architecture TotalAgility Cloud Service – hosts multiple tenants Web Role (multiple load balanced instances, at least 2 for SLA) Multi Tenant IIS Website Core Worker Role (multiple instances, at least 2 for SLA) - performs automatic activities, monitoring, job archiving/scheduling for each tenant Reporting Worker Role (multiple instances, at least 2 for SLA) - transforms reporting data from Reporting Staging DB schema to Main DB schema for each tenant Cache Role (multiple instances, at least 2 for SLA) - caches tenant data for server settings, business calendar Transformation Server Worker Role (multiple instances, at least 2 for SLA) - performs document separation, classification, extraction, image processing for each tenant Tenant databases and Master Tenant database Azure Storage (Table, Queue, Blob) Tenant Management IIS Website
  26. 26. TotalAgility Cloud Architecture 2 Azure Cloud Services – “Live” and “Dev”  Each cloud service has 5 Azure roles (1 Web role, 4 Worker roles)  Each role has 2 VM instances for Azure SLA of 99.95% up-time; if a VM goes down, another is automatically spun up  Total VM instances = (5 * 2) * 2 = 20  Customers given two URLs, one for Live and one for Dev  Import/export data between the deployments using TotalAgility Designer SQL Azure  1 tenant database per tenant (max size 150GB); stores processes, jobs, activities, forms, documents, folders, reporting data.  Contains 4 DB schemas: Main Live, Main Dev, Reporting Staging Live, Reporting Staging Dev  1 master tenant database: stores tenant config data and connection strings  Data automatically replicated 3 times
  27. 27. TotalAgility Cloud Architecture Azure Storage  Table storage – stores diagnostic data for each tenant and in-transit reporting data  Queue storage – stores reporting data to be processed  Blob storage – stores runtime document binary data; each tenant uses separate container  Data automatically replicated 3 times  Currently using 1 storage account for all tenants; maximum storage account size 200TB; future requirement to allow multiple storage accounts to be configured Transformation Designer  Installed locally on client machine and configured to point to TotalAgility Azure Tenant URL Kofax Search and Matching Server (KSMS)  Connect to on-premise KSMS server, or host KSMS server and make it publicly available to the internet
