1st Technique
“Tracking adoption”
• Once implemented, change is not always
embedded in an organization.
→Keep tracking activities frequently
like Dolphins Not Whales
2nd Technique
“Dramatizing causality”
• The goal is to create a mental model of a
solution’s place.
→Use examples, stories and visuals.
ex. IKEA’s model rooms
3rd Technique
“Sustaining ownership”
• When workers leave, their
knowledge, experience, customers and clients
also leave.
→Transfer the experiences and knowledge.
4th Technique
“Ongoing measurements
and reporting of results”
• Without them, it’s hard to grasp the actual
situation, making it hard to improve.
ex. Boss Management
