operations procedures for each area, Beneficiary, facility and function.
Building plans for each affected and destroyed areas, including primary control
points for all utilities, if applicable.
Complete and current list of all Beneficiaries, including names, addresses, and
phone numbers current position descriptions indicating their damage and loss
shall be included.
Complete and current list of all equipment/relieve/help and serial numbers;
replacement information; names and phone numbers of designated
Beneficiaries.
Complete and current list of all emergency services, community resources and
related agencies within each country, or other geographic region, serviced by the
organization..
Food, water and medical supplies as appropriate.
Battery-powered radios capable of receiving emergency instructions; fire
