Project Name : SalesForce.com Customization and Configuration.

Duration : July 2014 to till date.
Description :
The project involved configuring and maintaining the Customer Relationship
Management of our client and its stake holders all over the world. I develop and enhance the
existing Salesforce.com Configuration setup and map it to the “as is” Business Process. I am
involved in the monthly release of the up-gradations to the system, continual production support
and providing timely resolutions to the issues (cases) raised by the business users.
Responsibilities:
Configuring Page Layouts, Record Types, Managing Fields and their dependencies, Tabs,
Search Layouts and Button & Links.
Configure and Set up relationship between various objects.
Defining Validation Rules, Configuring Workflows, Assignment Rules.

In the PGS & MCS Implementation of ServiceMax, based on a customer
request a job will be created in the system for which a resource has to be allocated. So the
Service Manager(SM) will call Resource Director (RD) for allocating the Field Engineer (FE).
Once, the FE is allocated, task will be created and FE completes the task and updates it in
ServiceMax. Based on his performance, the customer will provide his feedback and provides his
comments. Based on which SM will initiate FE S appraisal Process and required will be given
training.
Role & Responsibilities:

Project Title : Mass Lead Conversion

Project Description:
A SFDC based web application has been developed through which the client can select
their Leads and convert them to Account Contacts and Opportunities, manually. While converting, the
Lead can also be mapped with the existing Account. Using Sales force web service; the data will be
retrieved and updated to SFDC.
