This document outlines a proposal for an online platform called Carsicare that allows car owners and fleet managers to store information about their vehicles and drivers. It describes current challenges like a lack of access to maintenance records and notes that Carsicare aims to create an online "e-valet diary" where users can track vehicle data, regulatory information, and receive reminders. Carsicare would obtain real-time traffic violation data and offer both free basic services like manual mileage tracking as well as paid options like 24/7 support and GPS monitoring to help users better manage their vehicles and comply with regulations. management difficult with out technology
