• To study consumer behaviour.
• To study factors influencing consumer behaviour.
• To know source of consumer preferences.
• To examine purchasing behaviour of the consumer.
• To know the consumer satisfaction in pricing factors.
• To know the consumer satisfaction in delivery of their order.
• To give suggestions to the company to improve their service.
4. SCOPE OF THE STUDY
• The area of study is limited to the segment selected within Goa, Bangalore and others
regions of India.
• The required data was collected from 100 respondents by means of well-structured
questionnaires.
6. DATA ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION
A random sample survey of 100 respondents in the selected region of India. Their responses
have been tabulated and presented in the form of graph for analysis.
