Over the past five years, in LexisNexis Litigation and Large Law Solutions divisions, I’ve had the opportunity to do what I do best: facilitate the creation, development, and marketing of innovative software products that delight the client; and build customer success programs to ensure that products seamlessly integrate with client systems and that client staff is trained in optimal product use.
I guided a matrix cross-disciplinary team of 50 in the reinvention, development, and delivery of the flagship eDiscovery platform to meet the data, AI (artificial intelligence), and efficiency requirements of today’s litigators.
