*Project #1: Utilized a Sonitrol specific database to conduct a query to find every part listed in the company and
sister company. Then I cross referenced the companies and organized the part system so each company matched
and was accurate according to parts used under each company.
*Project #2: Conducted a query in database for all open service tickets. Responsible for finding the root cause of
why each ticket was open and effectively decided how to handle each open ticket.
*Project #3: Focused on tracking the efficiency of each technician from each branch by utilizing excel and pivot
tables. Responsible for creating a breakdown of each job by researching the number of hours worked, labor units
sold, cost of sale and cost of job to effectively discover an efficiency rating for each security job and each
technician.

*Project #1: Focused on building relationships by contacting over 750 customers to update security information as
well as used problem solving techniques to discover customer issues early on in their contract with the company
*Project #2: Used capacity planning methodologies to level load fire test scheduling for the upcoming year. Also
created focus on the work breakdown structure and created a new task under each job for technicians to utilize
when performing fire tests
