OBJECTIVE
Over the past 10 years I have provided administrative and logistical support to mulitple IPTs for Spawar offsite at Spawar
Systems Center LANT and PAC or onsite at SRC. I have gained knowledge in both SRC and Spawar processes on Procurement. I am
looking to obtain a modified fulltime employment position that enables me to utilize my skills, increase my experience and expand my

Logistician Support-
The past 5 years my duty at SRC has been more focused around the logistics side of Administrative III. Below are
examples, and not limited to, my responsibilities
• Manage procurement, inventory, shipping and receiving
• Review and develop supply/material list for project
• Market Research- Initiate bid/quote process
• Verify materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and any obvious damages and tracking
whereabouts in database
• Database input, recovery and backup
• Routing materials to prescribed storage or personnel location
• Taking inventory of stored materials, removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment
• Provide support for the development of procurement packages and material orders via SPAWAR purchasing processes as
required by instruction or SOP -Utilize existing parts lists or specific instructions to submit orders via the SPAWAR NERP
procurement process-Work with available contract vehicles or small purchase techniques such as: purchase card requests
(PCARD), Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedure (MILSTRIP) requisitions, multi award contracts (MAC)
and small acquisition purchases (SAP) as required to ensure lowest cost delivery or required system components
• Generate DD-1149 for exchange and shipping and disposal (DRMO)
Administrative Assistant III-
Over the past 9 years at SRC my Administrative duties have varied depending on the need of the SPAWAR
Government Customer and the project requirements. Below are examples, and not limited to, my responsibilities
• Provide Administrative support to SPAWAR customer including but not limited to: typing, graphic, and presentation
support; select appropriate computer applications, plan the details of formatting, spacing and page layout using various
software capabilities, coordinate and monitor schedules meetings and appointments
• Responsible for contact with the customer for specific efforts to ensure awareness to customer needs and effective
response in an effective professional manner
• Supported proposals that have resulted in awards and follow on work while developing new customer contacts and assume
solutions that may lead to new business for the company
• Creation of monthly reports that provide the SPAWAR Program Manager and the customer an accurate status of the
project
2. • Serve as primary support of the project by facilitating logistics of materials, coordinate and procure equipment and materials
needed on the project
• Researched, write, edit, and proofread technical data for use in documents or sections of documents such as manuals,
procedures, and specifications. Ensured technical documentation is accurate, complete, meets editorial and government
specifications, and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style
• Worked with team members on updating and creating a customized project management system utilizing a SharePoint
portal which included revising documents uploaded, uploading new documents, creating and maintaining folders within
multiple groups
• Compiled and analyzed monthly/quarterly/annual reports and made necessary adjustments, address variances and assess
results; Develop program reports for internal and external clients; Collaborated with program staff and clients to meet
program information and reporting needs. Responded to client inquiries; developed and documented procedures as
changes were made
• Examined SPAWAR accounts for the accuracy of financial data, expenditures, research information to help accumulate,
develop, and prepare thorough budget reports, and assists in the development and implementation of new funding for
upcoming tasks. (includes but not limiting to: preparing Project Initiation Reviews, Statement of Works/Objectives, TID
Requests, Funding Document Acceptances forms, Spend Plans, DCMR Packages (delivery order/contracts/modifications
re- quest), Project Order Checklists, weekly budget reports for multiple tasks, create/track/administrate Job Order
Numbers in BSA, ensures work scope and schedule are maintained)
• Assisted in processing the SPAWAR funding documents/MIPRs for Government Labor, and Contractor support
• SPAWAR timekeeping (weekly input, OT requests, Travel Comp requests, Premium and Post differential requests, labor
transfers/musters, pay waivers, annual aggregates), attends weekly admin. and financial meetings, prepare draft emails for
Branch Head, CMMI documentation, coordinating required telcons and meetings for multiple tasks, updating project
calendars, briefs, POA&M, agendas, weekly activity reports for the entire Branch for 5539 and submit to Division Head,
arrange travel orders and vouchers (HAD Deployment packages, visit requests, LOAs, OCONUS medical and billeting
appointments, DTS entries), organize new hire packages (request multiple SPAWAR required accounts for personnel),
orientates and instructs new clients and visitors in the work force, processing DoD and Geneva CAC/ base access requests
