- These were the only topics for the formal part of the meeting
- Voting results provided by the Transfer Agent, OTR were added to the votes cast at the meeting. The current slate of directors were re-elected, the Auditors were affirmed and the increase of authorized shares was approved.

- The Board, Officers, Counsel, Mine Operations Director and AuraSources Director and CFO were introduced.
- This timeline tracks the operations activity from the issuance of the revised 40 acre mining permit issued in the beginning of the 3rd Quarter FY ‘16
- Eric explained the AuraSource involvement in the recovery operations, David gave a comprehensive presentation of the entire mining, recovery and refining process.
- John Stapleton announced the signing of the recent agreement for sale of head ore and reported that there are negotiations in process with world class refiner and three international mining companies
- Arly Richau reported on the status of “Road Use” issues and why the Company is confident it will prevail
- John Stapleton displayed one of the actual Land Grant documents that established the rights of the company to utilize the road for mining purposes
- The last pages of the exhibit is signed in 1914 by Woodrow Wilson, President of the United States providing those rights in the Land Grant. This is one of 4 grants so executed and today benefits the Company
- Written questions were submitted and answered
- Those present were transported to the mine site for a demonstration of the First Stage AuraSource device. There was also a 10,000 ton pile of the head ore crushed to -6 inches. This is the product that will be delivered under the newly signed agreement.
