Re: Kristy Kratz Reference
This letter is being written on behalf of Kristy Kratz, with whom I worked on a daily
basis until 3Jan12, when I left Franklin Square Hospital. I believe we have worked
together for well over five years. I can’t give you an exact job description of her duties
but suffice it to say Kristy needed to manage the administrative assistants and demands of
her superiors while trying to juggle the endless requests from a staff of doctors like me.
A bit overwhelming for the average person, but Kristy is clearly superior. I have never
seen her perform less than 100% to everything thrown her way. Moreover, her response
was prompt and with a smile. That’s a lot today when multitasking is a job requirement.
Personally, Kristy is a very kind, compassionate individual. When she had off for her
baby she was truly missed by her staff and the entire clinic. Her dedication, promptness,
fund of knowledge, skill and the intangibles that go with having a key team player out,
were not replaceable. Staff on all levels and patients saw how much they needed and
relied on Kristy and eagerly awaited her return. To rephrase; the “go to” guy that solves
everything was missing, and pardon the slang but we went through heck without her.
Thankfully, when Kristy returned a sense of order did as well. That is a lot of power for
one individual to have. She can positively impact an entire clinic or any work
environment. Once you sit down and chat with Kristy you will begin to see some of her
qualities that are of so important and vital in today’s market…no matter what the field is.
