• Setting Benchmark: Determine the required quality target
inn terms of a trade-off between cost and quality.
• Appraising Conformance: Regular monitoring ad evaluation
are essential for measuring key characteristics of quality.
• Acting When Necessary: If conformance appraisal shows
deviation from the benchmarks, or stipulated output,
necessary correct measures should be taken in order to
avoid such occurrence.
• Planning for Improvements: As control function have
significant impact on quality, necessary plans must be
formulated for future better quality control.
