. A2 SERVO IS COUPLED WITH A MECHANICAL SCREW
DRIVER.
. NOW SERVO IS OPERATED AT A DESIRED SPEED FOR
SCREW TIGHTENING.
. SERVO PRODUCES AN EQUIVALENT ANALOG VOLTAGE
OUTPUT (0-8V) CORRESPONDING TO THE TORQUE
VALUE .
. THIS VOLTAGE O/P IS GIVEN TO PLC
. HENCE SECREW TIGHTENING CAN BE DONE AT A
DESIRED TORQUE AND HENCE A2 SERVO CONTROLS THE
TRORQUE .
