a) Project Description
Ip2o is an Ariba on-demand Procure-to-Order implementation project for an USA based
client in Automobile sector. It aims to digitize and automate business and procurement
processes for requisitioning and ordering within the organization. It includes various
configuration and customization to accommodate the business requirements. It is
integrated with SAP and QAD using the Ariba ITK toolkit where master and
transactional data route through EDI and Operational Data Store (ODS).
b) Contribution
 Analyzing master data from various SAP instances and cleansing and harmonizing the
same to import into Ariba.
 Working with ODS team to develop the mapping for various master data import to Ariba
from SAP and to ensure seamless routing of transactional data through ITK to intended
SAP instance.
 Preparing System Testing plan and various test scripts to test the system functionality and
interfaces with ODS, EDI & SAP.
