JOB PROFILE
• Drive test analysis of 2G, 3G & 4G coverage and quality; handover analysis and missing neighbor
analysis, call event analysis.
• Analysis of LTE drive test report and to confirm whether various LTE parameter values are within
threshold. Such as RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, DL/UL Throughput, Latency, etc.
• Analyzing drive test log files with TEMS Investigation for analysis of call drops, bad quality,
interference, swaps, handover failures, blocked calls, Interference etc.
• Giving solution to different customer complaints by analyzing and giving best possible revert in
available infra.
• Network tuning for good RSCP, Ec/No and less pilot pollution.
• Making presentation plots on MAPINFO for Rx Level, Rx Quality, RSCP, EC/NO, CQI med for better
understanding of the network in that area.
