more number of Near miss reports . Make Near miss / Dangerous occurrence / Accident report and send
to management for their information.
 Investigation report of Near miss/Dangerous occurrence/Accident: Each Near miss/Dangerous
occurrence/Accident etc are properly investigate to find out the root cause .Investigation report with
recommendation are submitted to Management for take adequate measures to stop reoccurrence in
future.
 Safety audit: Conduct internal safety audit at periodically basis & make audit report. Audit finding are
discussed with management for compliance. Also maintain documents for external audit , client audit etc.

2.  Safety meeting: Safety related issues are discussed with management at every day with progress review
meeting, As per schedule conduct safety meeting with contactors. Highlight all safety related issues &
make minutes of meeting with compliance.
 Presentation of Safety Performance: Make safety presentation to highlight the safety performance in Weekly
review meeting with client & contractors.
 Work permit: Various types work permit detained & implement at site.
 Record of test certificates of lifting tools & tackles: Ensure TPI & maintain record of all using lifting tools &
tackles like Crawler Crane , Hydraulic crane , EOT crane ,Hydra, Chain pulley , Sling , D shackle , Hopper
, Compressor ,Hydraulic jack etc. Assist concern department to check it also check physically on
periodically basis & keep record.
 Legal &other requirement: compliance legal requirements like Factory act - 1948, BOCW Act -1996 etc& other
requirements, OHSAS – 18001 and also maintain documents.
 Prepare monthly HSE report and submit to management.
