Responsible for managing and delivering e-learning modules to internal and external clients,
focusing on compliance and regulatory learning in the pharmaceutical, medical device, life
sciences, and consumer products industries. Developed and built relationships with clients to
deliver a strategy for providing the best content in the most creative and interactive ways possible.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior level
leadership of client organizations.
• Developed and implemented communication strategies after client assessment for
delivering critical project metrics and content to both client stakeholders and executive

• Delivered and completed over 50 projects throughout the last 12 months from conception

The Amoveo Group is a 501(c)(3) non-profit group founded out of a deep desire to create long-
term, sustainable solutions for people in impoverished countries. Built around the theory of
collective impact, the Amoveo Group provides funding strategies, logistics management, and on
the ground tactical support for multiple development projects.
• Led leadership team to produce an international strategy, funding plans, business
development models, and creation of a research driven assessment tool to measure the
effectiveness of our development initiatives.
• Created and facilitated events for potential and current partners which resulted in 6
partnership agreements to leverage resources and expertise for various initiatives around
the globe.
• Developed vision and strategy to acquire new partner/donor relationships. A
representative result of this partnership development was the procurement of $500,000 of
solar panels for a project in Burkina Faso.
Operations and Finance Manager, Envision Office, The C&MA 2010-2013
Created operational and financial structures and systems that supported the vision of mobilizing
young people for various international development projects.
• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing an annual budget of $3 million.
