WORK HISTORY
Social Media Marketing Manager – Qualcomm (contract)
December 2013 – Present
Actively managing, monitoring, measuring, and designing campaigns for all of the social
media profiles and accounts of Qualcomm Atheros, a key subsidiary of Qualcomm.
Facilitated >30m social impressions and >25,000 link clicks so far, as well as engineered
steady audience growth of >10% for each of our 4 main social networks.
Working within the PR team, my content has been directly quoted in CNN Money, The Daily
Mail, and other media.
Ongoing management of content strategy amongst integrated marketing, alliance
marketing, partners/customers, PR agency, and corporate global social media and the masterbrand.
Responsible for adapting global social media marketing plan and playbook to our division to
determine content for blog, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google+, and other social media accounts.
Account Executive – IXL Learning (temp. contract)
September – October 2013
Managed accounts, handled cancellations, tracked feedback, and settled client issues using
various software and CRM.
Closed an average of 200 cases each day with over 5,700 separate cases resolved.
