1. It is my privilege to write this personal letter of reference for Mr. Kyle Gault . I have had the
pleasure of knowing him, as he was one of my best students in the Sport Management discipline at
Missouri Baptist University, St. Louis, Missouri, where he obtained his undergraduate sport
management degree in April 0f 2014.
I would characterize Kyle as a mature, responsible, and well organized person. He has very good
leadership qualities and is able to work independently with little supervision. He has good
leadership skills, as his past experience participating on the Missouri Baptist University Soccer
team. His knowledge with past coursework and especially our senior capstone course of senior
seminar, the culminating senior project, gave him the preparation, experience and confidence that
would prepare him for any future job. Kyle is able to relate well with people and is a team player.
Kyle is willing to invest long hours in order to complete the task at hand. I believe that Kyle’s past
work experience would well qualify him for any future endeavors.
In summary, I believe that Kyle is a very well qualified person based on my observations and his
demonstrated abilities to work hard, his dedication and complete tasks that are assigned to him in a
