SEGREGATION
Rozejrzyj się po stanowisku Twojej pracy
Zrób przegląd narzędzi. Czy są wśród
nich takie, których nie użyłeś przez
ostatni rok? Czy znasz zastosowanie
każdego z nich? Czy półprodukty /
detale potrzebne do Twojej pracy są
zawsze łatwo dostępne? Jeśli nie: jak
długo musisz ich szukać? Czy wśród
elementów Twojego stanowiska pracy
są tak zwane „przydasie” („kiedyś się
przyda, więc jeszcze zostawię”)?

Take a look around your workstation
Make a review of your tools. Are
there any of them that you have
not used for the last year? Do you
know the usage of each of them?
Are semi-finished products/details
needed for your work always easily
available? If not: how long do you
have to look for them? Are there so-
called "souvenirs" among the
elements of your job ("someday it
will be useful, so I will leave it")?

Przeprowadź segregację
Możesz poprosić o pomoc innych
członków zespołu. Osoby, które w niej
uczestniczą, są wyposażane np.
w czerwone kartki. Przyklejają je na
każdy przedmiot, który wg ich opinii
nie powinien znajdować się
na danym stanowisku pracy. Możesz
wytłumaczyć, do czego i jak często
używasz danego narzędzia lub
detalu.

Perform segregation
You can ask other team members
for help. People who participate in it
are equipped, for example, with red
cards. They stick them to any
object, which according to their
opinion should not be placed on the
given workstation. You are able to
explain for what and how often you
use a particular tool or detail.

Usuń oznaczone przedmioty
Część z nich może być tymczasowo
przeniesiona do tzw. czerwonego
pola. Można je stamtąd z powrotem
zabrać, jeśli dogłębna analiza
wykaże ich przydatność do pracy.

Get rid of the labeled items
Some of them can be temporarily
transferred to the so-called “red
field”. They can be taken back from
there if analysis proves their
suitability for work.
