• The goal of human factors is to
- reduce human error
- increase productivity
- enhance safety and comfort with a specific focus on the interaction
between the human and the thing of interest

Remedies/solutions –
• rotate the maintenance/working group time to time
• pilots are only supposed to communicate any damages to the aircraft of any incident
which may lead to the endanger the airworthiness of the aircraft.

• Pre-drill the situations – giving information to personnel about handling such kind of
situation.
