Reframing the game of Horse

1. Items needed:
Scissors (If participants want to increase the level of difficulty)
Empty Coffee Canister
Bag of Marshmallows (For the purpose of demonstration I have selected a bag of multi-colored
marshmallows)
How to play:
At the beginning of the game each player selects a color to represent themselves throughout the game.
Each player will get the same amount of marshmallows. The empty coffee can will be strategically
placed around an agreed upon room. The object of the game is to get as many marshmallows into the

2. can. The twist to the game is that players stay in the same spot as the canister is moved further away
from the participant. The opposing player gets to select the spot the participant shoots. If he or she
misses, they lose a marshmallow. If he or she makes it, they get to take a marshmallow away from the
opposing player. The process is continued until all marshmallows are gone. To add the extra element of
difficulty, the plastic cover can be placed back onto the canister and a hole can be made on the top
about three inches wide. The same rules apply.
