7. This is the first book of many based on my
experiences in helping you become successful in
your life and business by providing things I have
found to be amazing.
I have read so many motivational and business-
oriented books and have learned from them all.
Here are a few of them for your reference:
” The secret, Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Insiders
Guide to Affiliate Marketing, Silent salesman, and
5-Step System.”
I am very thankful to Mr.Robert Kiyosaki Sir,
Rhonda Madam, Anik Sigal Sir, Devid Sharpe sir.
They have given such knowledge and
encouragement via their books. I am also
recommending
these books to all of you to Get Success in your
life.
There are so many types of Business in the market,
I give you Some Examples. You can start your Shop,
Franchisee, affiliate marketing, Online business,
such type of Home base Businesses, Network
Marketing, Manufacturing.
6
8. It all depends on you, your passion and your
experiences in what business you may go into that
is suitable for you. In the next chapter I am
discussing how to choose a business.
My goal in this book is to provide you with a ready
solution and proven things. I want to teach you as I
am thinking about things that you go through in
the struggle and the hard work as you are
developing your own business. As we struggle for
long times and try so many ideas, I am wanting to
share my experiences and research for my
successes, and failures, in this book.
In 2011 when I started my Business “Workshop on
Wheel Service”, I had no money so I took out a
bank loan. But due to lack of knowledge I lost that
business.
7
9. I have joined 3 or 4 types of network marketing
companies and worked them over 4 or 5 years. I
learned to deal with so many things from these
businesses, like stage fear, presentation skills, and
body language, grooming. But after all, I had not
found any results so I was left those companies.
So in 2012, I went back to the same old job, getting
paid for hours I worked and jump from one job to
other, in 2018 I decided to go into my own online
business and went to work on it, in Oct-2018 I
started one of My website and start promoting it,
but due to lake of investment in time and money, it
was not working as well.
8
10. 9
I am writing all of this to demonstrate that I too
have had lots of struggles in My life, I am a hard
worker from my childhood and I never give up.
After completing that year I found some way to
grow Myself, that I will share it in this book. So
listen carefully and start reading to catch all those
things I have learned based on my experiences.
“The starting point of all achievement is
DESIRE. Keep this constantly in mind.
Weak desire brings weak results, just as
a small fire makes a small amount of
heat.”
― Napoleon Hill,
11. Chapter 1
How to choose a Business for Get success
____________________________________
Starting a business will be hard. It can be extremely
rewarding, but first, it will be hard.
The only way you will be able to push through, and
make your new business successful through all the
hard parts and long hours, is if you are passionate
about what you are doing. Follow your dreams and
use your knowledge. Your passion and knowledge
are the best places to start in choosing your new
business.
You have to know your business
Has anyone ever told you that something is “a sure
thing”? Chances are, as you consider your
entrepreneurial options, someone will try to tell
you that opening a particular business is “a sure
thing”—don’t listen. Nothing is sure, and you are
much better off making choices about your
business (and by extension, your income) that are
based on your own
10
12. knowledge and interests—not someone else’s.
In the end, customers will only part with their hard-
earned money in your business if you can convince
them that they’re going to get their money’s worth
by buying from you, and to do that, you’ll need to
know everything there is to know about what
you’re selling.
Follow your resume…
If you already have years of experience in a
particular field, starting a business in that field
gives you many advantages. You can make good
use of your skills and previous training, your
network of contacts, and your knowledge of the
industry. You may even already know your first
customers. And if you need funding to start your
new business, it can be much easier to find when
your resume backs up your new venture: banks and
investors see a proven track record, and a safer bet.
For instance, if you are an experienced executive
chef, and have managed a restaurant for years,
11
13. starting your restaurant will be easier for you. You
will know suppliers and vendors. You will know how
to build menus and order food. You will also know
what people like and don’t like when it comes to
food. And when you go to the bank, and the loan
officer sees your resume, he/she will know you
have the experience to back up what is traditionally
a very risky business.
If something from your experience immediately
jumps out at you as something you’re interested in
turning into a business, talk to people you’ve
worked with about what it takes to run that kind of
business. Learn all you can about startup costs,
overhead, and expenses, and find out how much
revenue you can expect to make.
…or study up
If you don’t know much about the business you
want to start but are set on it, be prepared to s
12
14. begin to avoid making critical mistakes in your
business planning.
Keep in mind that giving yourself “enough time”
could mean delaying your grand opening, or
otherwise stalling your business’s launch date—
that is just one of the costs of starting a business
you don’t have experience with.
Always test your business idea
Whether you have tons of experience with your
chosen business or absolutely none, you should
do everything you can to test whether you and
your business are a good match. It is much easier
and much cheaper to realize that you don’t want
to own a particular business while you’re still in
the planning stages than it is when you’re already
knee-deep in operating it, with vendor contracts
and signed leases and loans.
13
15. 1. Try it out. Before you start a business of your
own, get some experience in the industry or
profession that interests you—even if you work for
free. Learn everything you can about every aspect
of the business. For example, if you want to start a
pasta shop, but don’t know ravioli from cannelloni,
go out and get a job with a pasta maker. After a
few months, you should be an expert in every
aspect of pasta prep, from mixing eggs and flour to
flattening the dough and slicing it into strips.
2. Talk to entrepreneurs in the same field. If
you’re not familiar with the business you want to
start and you’re unable to find work in the field,
talk with others who provide the product or
service that interests you. To increase your
chances of getting interviews and reliable answers
to your questions, it’s best to do this in a different
locale from the one in which you plan to locate.
Small business owners are often quite willing to
share their knowledge once they are sure you will
not compete with them.
14
16. 3. Evaluate whether you enjoy the work and
excel at it. If not, find a new venture. It’s a lot
harder to make a success of a business you don’t
like, and it’s unlikely you’ll like something you’re
not good at. If you enjoyed the work and
determined you were skilled enough to base your
own business on it, go on to the next step.
4. Judge your ability and desire to handle every
aspect of the business. If you don’t want to or
can’t pitch in wherever and whenever something
needs to be done—whether it involves
manufacturing a product, dealing with customers,
or keeping the books—you should think twice
about starting that kind of business.
5. Determine whether the business has a solid
chance of turning a profit. After working in the
field for a few months, you should have a good
idea of whether the business is a potential
moneymaker. To be sure, you should analyze your
market and conduct a break-even analysis, a
preliminary financial projection that shows you
15
17. the amount of revenue you’ll need to bring in
to cover your expenses . you’ll be in the black
(that is, you’ll make a profit).
6. Evaluate the risk this particular business
requires. Even the best-laid plans can sour if
you pick an unusually risky business. For
instance, the following businesses have higher-
than-average failure rates:
Conclusion
Starting a business is exciting and terrifying all
at the same time. You will have many hard
times alongside many good times. The buck
will stop with you, and you alone will be
responsible for all the good and bad decisions
you make. The more you think, prepare, and
get ready, the better off you (and your
business) will be.
At the end of the day, the businesses that—in
my opinion—always do best are the ones
owned by someone who lives, breathes, and
16
18. loves what they do. So I say, find your passion, and
then be smart about how you implement it. That
means following the advice outlined here, but it
also means tracking your business and setting goals
as you grow. Hopefully we’ll be able to help you at
every step along the way.
17
“Whatever the mind can conceive
and believe, it can achieve.”
― Napoleon Hill,
19. Chapter 2
Taking Right Time instant Decision and taking
actions immediately
_____________________________________
Here I am telling you that simple things if
you are thinking about something don’t west your
time in just thinking to convert it into the action,
some time you have missed the chance to create
that.
if you like something make you happy to get
instant decisions for that and go ahead.
Sometimes people are looking for a dream to do
something and does not take any action what will
happen? That excitement is lost and they lost their
hopes. Trust on your fillings that make everything
will happen.
to make a decision fast it will create success full in
your business. If you want to become a success
firstly you need to change your habits to make it a
fast decision-maker. If you are avoiding your
decision it never makes you a successful it is
proven.
18
20. Still if you do not think about that start thinking
without wasting time, because time and money
both are important for us.
19
“There is no such thing as a hopeless
situation. Every single circumstances of
your life can change! ”
― Rhonda Byrne,
21. Chapter 3:
Give an important to knowledge
__________________________________________
As all you are know if you are ignoring the
knowledge that can not make you a success in your
life. So always give importance to knowledge.
Not only schooling knowledge but you should have
a good general knowledge. You can get a lot of
people who is a successful entrepreneur they have
from good general knowledge still someone is not
completed they higher education.
All businesses have access to an extensive pool of
knowledge - whether this is their understanding of
customers' needs and the business environment or
the skills and experience of staff. The way a
business gathers, shares, and exploits this
knowledge can be central to its ability to develop
successfully. This doesn't just apply to huge
multinational companies. Knowledge management
can benefit everyone from a local newsstand to a
manufacturing firm.
20
22. This guide explains the basic sources of knowledge
available to your business, how you can best
harness and exploit this information, and how to
create a knowledge strategy for your business.
It's essential to avoid important knowledge or
skills being held by only a few people, because if
they leave or retire that expertise could be lost to
your business. If you have efficient ways of sharing
knowledge across the business, it will be more
widely used and its value and effectiveness are
likely to be maximized.
21
“You have to dream before the
dream comes true.”
—A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
23. Chapter 4: Hard work
__________________________________________
In any kind of business you have to do the hard
work initially, once your business grows you can get
support from your workers.
Success in business is about setting goals and
achieving them, and the secret, as many people will
agree, is hard work. All the successful people work
very hard.
I said if you want to be successful, but hard work at
the top of your goals list. Because, if you are a hard
worker, you automatically do the other 2 things that
lead to success in business: you will improve
yourself and you will persist.
I’m a hard worker. Over the years, I’ve gone through
many days and even weeks without much sleep,
just because I want to grow my business and
achieve success.
22
24. In actual sense, there are so many challenges in life
that only hardworking people can overcome them.
This explains why there are very few successful
people in the world today.
I have deeper read about success and successful
people, not one of them said that it comes easy,
even though they were doing what they loved.
23
“Thoughts become things. If you see it
in your mind, you will hold it in your
hand.”
― Bob Proctor,
25. Chapter 5:
The best way to involve your family in to
Business
_____________________________________
A backbone of the any economy is the family
business. A family business, when run well and by
family members who are dedicated to it and to the
family’s mutual values and goals, can be a
powerhouse of activity and success. Conversely, if
family roles and responsibilities are not understood
and communicated to all family members, this kind
of business can falter quickly. It’s also one of the
hardest types to transition when key leadership
retires or otherwise moves on.
As the support of family member you can take your
business to growing point, also no need to trust any
other people for integrity issue, I have seen in idea
there are many business man who is doing they
business with they family people. That’s gives you
very much success.
24
26. If your company is a family business, and you are
considering transitioning its ownership to your
children or other family members, you should
allow even more time for the process to occur –
not less. Involving an outside expert like an exit
planner could save your company and your family
a lot of trouble and heartache. It could help make
your company a long-term venture and legacy to
your community.
25
“Your most unhappy customers
are your greatest source of
learning.”
-Bill Gates
27. Chapter 6:
helping other people to grow in their business
________________________________________
I have found that the more support I give to other
people's businesses the more I get back in return. I
don't do it, for this reason, that's just a bonus. I
genuinely want to see these people succeed in
what they do and if I can play a small role by
referring business to them I will do so gladly.
I also encourage my staff to refer businesses
wherever possible. Just like asking your customers
to tell their family and friends about what you do,
imagine how many referrals will start coming your
way if your business associates are doing the same
thing. This is the way of the future for building
businesses as it is harder for advertising to make
an impact and it is also getting more costly. Direct
recommendations are perfect and they are free--
the ideal marketing tool.
26
28. Think about the people who refer to your
business. Can you possibly be more active in
promoting their businesses? Do it for the right
reasons and enjoy the benefits. If you are not 100
percent sure what they do, ask them to come and
tell you and your staff so you are completely
informed.
Make a list of businesses you would like to
promote. Keep their contact details close to the
telephone and wherever possible refer them to
your customers as your 'partner' businesses. Try
to do this once per day, every day of the coming
week, make it a positive habit. Over the years I've
found that one of the best ways for me to grow
my business was to actively help others to grow
theirs.
27
29. Chapter 7:
Take patience to achieve success
_________________________________________
You have to set big, hairy, and audacious goals to do
great things.
But setting the goals themselves is only the first
part of the equation. If you want to do anything
great, you have to learn the art of following
through.
That’s where we slip — because taking action
is scary. It takes tenacity to follow through on our
goals and you need the audacity to set a huge scary
goal down and tell the world you’re going to
achieve it no matter what.
It takes guts to claim a piece of the pie for your
own. But you know what else it takes, and a lot of
it?
It takes patience. So much patience. It can
take years of patience, or even a decade of
28
30. grueling work before you start to reap big results
from all the time and hard work you’ve put in,
and it can be frustrating as hell.
The solution? Learn how to be more patient
than everybody else and revel in the hard work,
no matter what anyone else tells you to do.
That’s the only way to reach your success.

“What the Rich Teach Their Kids about
Money That the Poor and Middle Class
Do Not!”
29
31. Chapter 8:
Respect Opponent and learn from them
__________________________________________
30
If you don’t mind here I am simply saying that if
you want to grow in your business so you should
have to respect your opponent and learn from
them.
It’s pretty good if you take it as seriously it makes
everything will happen in your life. Take it as a
positive. If we don’t have someone is opposed us
we cannot find out our mistakes. So behind every
successful business opponent is required.
Opponent is just like a teacher in your life, we can
say that they are playing the rolls more than the
teacher, the opponent is giving challenges to
achieve our goals. And make us passionate in our
life .they are encouraging us for taking more and
more changes. If someone is not opposed you I can
say make it someone who can oppose you.
Opponents will only be teaching us.
32. 31
“When you want to attract something into
your life, make sure your actions don’t
contradict your desires. Think about what
you have asked for, and make sure that
your actions are mirroring what you expect
to receive, and that they’re not
contradicting what you‘ve asked for. Act as
if you are receiving it. Do exactly what you
would do if you were receiving it today,
and take actions in your life to reflect that
powerful expectation. Make room to
receive your desires, and as you do, you
are sending out that powerful signal of
expectation”.
― Rhonda Byrne,
