Abby: I will do more work on this later. For now, could you just make the arrows the same width, choose a more attractive color scale, e.g., blue shades for the y-axis, green for the x-axis? And create some oval blobs with dummy text in the matrix space that I can fill in with the names of eco-standards schemes.
