The FortiPresence Analytics solution is designed to give offline retailers the tools and information they need to better understand their customers, engage more closely with them, and ultimately influence them to make their purchase in-store.
FortiPresence delivers an omni-channel marketing platform with 3 key pieces:
Firstly, it provides the ability for the retailers to measure what’s going on in the store, with Presence an Positioning Analytics
The WiFi Access Points will detect visitors, passers by, employees, etc. to provide insightful analytics into customer behavior
