Soby One Home Services is an electrical contracting company. We
specialize in residential service work, new construction, remodels &
additions, and old work retrofit jobs. These days electricians need to be
well versed in technology more than ever. Our clients are looking for
solutions when it comes to things like lighting, Wi-Fi, and TV installations;
just to name a few. All these things require careful consideration, training,
and experience to get the best possible results for the homeowner. Soby
One has embraced technology more than anyone, we understand how to
bridge the gap between typical electrical installations and the new
technology driven installations that we see coming up in almost every job

LIGHTING DESIGN, INSTALLATION & CONTROL
Lighting is the foundation for every experience in every room in the
home. At Soby One we have been designing and installing lighting for
decades. We have a real passion for lighting and consider ourselves
artists that paint with light. Lighting has come a long way over the last
10 years, and today thanks to LED lighting and new control solutions
anything is possible. Light embodies mood - picture the warm glow of
candlelight or the enchanting cool of moonlight. Whether its recessed
lighting in the living room, under cabinet tape light in the kitchen, or a
beautiful hanging chandelier in the dining room, Soby One has the
experience and design skills to help you get the most from your

SMART HOME AUTOMATION
Soby One has a separate home automation division that caters to builders and
homeowners. We are trained and certified ELAN control systems dealers. We
choose ELAN as a platform for a few reasons.

experts. We are trained and certified Coastal Source dealers. We install

or text confirming your appointment. Before we do any work, we

to do the work, you will get a text message letting you know our
technicians are on the way and another text when they are finished

Sometimes you just have to state the obvious. Soby One Home
Services is fully licensed and insured. We carry a MA Master
Electrician license and have journeyman electricians on staff. We
carry workman's comp and liability insurance. Soby One services all
of Cape Cod. When we show up to your home we are in new, clean
vans that are fully stocked ready to handle anything that comes up.
Our electricians and technicians will show up with a great attitude,
wearing company uniforms and work boots. All Soby One employees

14. 6.) WE ARE SUPER CLEAN FREAKS
We respect our clients and their homes, which is why we do everything in our
power to keep the job site clean and leave it cleaner than we found it when we
are done. When it comes to our client's homes, we put on masks, booties and
gloves before entering and always lay out drop cloths and cover furniture in the
workspace. We have vacuums, dust pans, brooms, and all sorts of cleaning
supplies on our trucks. We put so much effort into making sure our job site is
always kept clean that other sub contractors on the job tease us, saying we must
have a cleaning division too!

15. 7.) WE FOLLOW THROUGH & FOLLOW UP
Soby One doesn't just finish the job and call it quits. One of the most important
steps of a job that is often neglected by other contractors is the follow through.
Following up with our clients is so important to us that we created the Soby One
follow up! For every job we do we create a custom folder for our clients; this folder
contains any user manuals, warranty paperwork, electrical panel and sub panel
maintenance recommendations, location of all Wi-Fi network gear including access
points, switches and routers. We document all SSIDs and temporary passwords etc.
When the job is complete, we present this folder to our clients and make sure they
understand everything in the folder. Our next step in the Soby One follow up is to
check in with our clients a week or two after the job has been completed. We check
in to see how everything is working and to see if any adjustments need to be made
or if there are any questions we can answer. Once that is complete, we make it
known that Soby One is always here for you anytime day or night. We are just a
phone call away.

The short answer is because we always put our clients first. What does it mean to
be the best contractor? Well for one, we are interested in building long lasting

Soby One does all sizes of residential projects. We have an amazing
experienced team with the knowledge and skills to handle anything thrown
their way. There is no “typical” job for Soby One. We do big renovation
projects, we work on single room lighting projects, we do whole home
automation projects, and we do one hour service call jobs. Simply put, we do
whatever our clients need us to do whether it takes an hour or a month. The
most important thing to us is servicing our clients and keeping them happy!
