Position Summary
The Executive Assistant & Recruiting Researcher will be a key support role to the Executive Director and
also help coordinate the overall recruiting process. This person will work closely with the Executive
Director and the Client Relationship Director Staff to create an efficient process for finding quality
candidates, ensuring that our candidate interviews are moving along smoothly, and helping us to manage
interviews, and client/candidate job offers. This role is an operations support position.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Work as direct support position to Executive Directors in everyday management of the KCO
office, recruiting process, and marketing/new business development for KCO
2. Participate in the candidate sourcing process
3. Find, interview and submit qualified candidates to KCO Director staff
4. Work closely with Client Relationship Directors to assist with client management (to include
interview scheduling, submittal package creation, etc.)
5. Participate in the on-line recruitment system
6. Create job descriptions and job ads
7. Manage job posting process for Monster, Linkedin and other on-line sites and newspapers
8. Manage internal lists
9. Attend on site and off site events, meetings, dinners as needed
10. Manage client database (Enter new clients, keep updated contact information on existing)
11. Conduct research on potential clients and areas for company growth
12. Help coordinate additional Marketing or Operational projects/scheduling/research as
needed by Marketing Manager and Shared Services Executive Director
13. Answering phones (medium volume phone traffic)
14. Contribute ideas, innovation and feedback to the overall growth of the company
