Online lighting studio
To get a better understanding of how the equipment is used
and so I could decide what angles and positions of the light I
wanted to use I used online lighting studio this helped me to
get a better understanding of how it all worked.
For my first photo I decided to only use one light with no filters
or gels I wanted to have the light come from the left and
create a dark contrast on the other side of my model's face.
To achieve this effect I will have to layout my set in the
following way (Picture 2).
My attempt
When I gave the effect/ style a go I got the following outcome
displayed in the third image.
I didn't get the effect I intended, as the right side of her face wasn't dark enough
to improve it I could move the light further round so less light hits the right side of
her face.
