Mushrooms omelet
Ingredients:
2 eggs
½ tea cup of mushrooms
1 slice of ham cut in small squares
2 garlic
Olive oil
1 table spoon of milk
Salt
Black pepper
Preparation:
Wash the mushrooms well and slice then.
In a frying pan, fry the mushrooms.
With the olive oil, garlic and ham.
Stirocasionally un lil the mushrooms get sofit.
Season with salt and pepper mix the eggs with the milk and stin a bit.
In another frying pan, heat 1 or 2 tea spooms of olive oil and put in the
mixed eggs.
Cook for a couple of minutes.
Next put in the mushrooms.
Roll the sides of the omolet upwards and turnit carefull, eat with mixed
salad.
Mushram Quiche With Bechamel Sauce
Ingredient for 10 slices:
-1 base of pasta for the pie;
-300g of fresh cut mushroms;
-150g of chiken harm cut in cubes;
-150g of cheese cut in cubes;
-1 table spoon of margarine;
-salt;
-0.5L of bechamel souce;
-1 table spoon of flour;
-3 eggs.
Preparation:
1. On a frying pan, heat the margarive. When it’s hot, add the
mushrooms. Season whit salt and oregano and let it fry untill if lost
all the water.
2. Break the eggs and add to the bechamel souce. Mix all veru well.
And the flour and mix everything.
3. Extend the pasta on a pie tart pan whith removabl Bolton and
spread the mushtooms, the ham and the cheese. At last, add the
souce to the pie.
4. Bake at 190º for 40º minutes. Afeter baking the pie is ready to
serve.
Spaguetti carbonara
Ingredientes:
300g of spaguetti
1 table spoon of margarine
Garlic
200g of bacon cut in cubes
200g of slice fresch mushroom
300 ml of cream
3 eggs yolkes
1 table spoon of grated cheese
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Oil
Grated cheese
Preparation:
1. In a frying pan with boiling water, season with salt and a string of
oil. Put in the spaguetti, and mix well let it cook for 10 minutes.
2. Put the margarine and the garlic in a pan. When it´s hot, add
the bacon and let it fry. Add the mushrooms and let it fry until
they lose all the water.
3. Season the cream with pepper and nutmeg. Add the eggs yolks
and the table spoon of grated cheese. Mix everything.
4. Add the spaguetti, boiled and drained, to the bacon and mix all
the ingredientes. Add the cream and mix everything up. Turn off
the heat immediately. Serve with grated cheese on the side.
