Laura Overton is an independent consultant with over 17 years experience in the e-learning and distance learning industry. She
has worked with many early adopters of e-learning helping blue chip organisations develop sustainable business strategies for
e-learning through her roles at leading e-learning organisations – NETg and SmartForce (now SkillSoft). Laura is a regular speaker
