Think in verbs. You want to drive behaviour and incite action.

Stop moaning that it’s hard.
If you are stuck, try one of these methods:
Ask provocative questions
Predict what will happen next
Praise a company that’s got it right
State your opinions or authority
Stand out or don’t bother.
Go on a rant

If you are stuck, try one of these methods: Ask provocative questions Predict what will happen next Praise a company that’s got it right State your opinions or authority Stand out or don’t bother.
